I come from family of Midwestern farmers, ranchers, and DIYers. My dad is a master electrician and diesel mechanic who brought me along as soon as I could hold a screwdriver and follow directions. I have been fixing buildings and machines for most of my life. My professional path has taken me through blacksmithing, bronze casting, metals recycling, tower climbing, stay-at-home parenting, and now, professional property maintenance.

I hold a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) certification and a heck of a lot of knowledge how buildings ought to work and how people use them. I pride myself on forging positive relationships with owners and tenants while fixing problems the proper way the first time. I aim to balance budget with best practice to achieve a lasting, practical solution.
